LLC "EMC TRIADA" supplied and integrated an automatic ignition system for a flare facility based on Smitsvonk equipment. The solution ensures reliable automatic ignition of the pilot burner, flame monitoring, and safe gas supply controlled by a PLC algorithm with interlock logic. The system was integrated into the existing plant process control system using industrial components from leading global manufacturers.
The delivery included:
Thermatel TD2 level indicators (7 pcs); Eclipse 706 radar level transmitter (1 pc); TA2 mass thermal differential flow meters (3 pcs); Magnetic Float Level Transmitter (1 pc).
During 2024–2025, LLC "EMC TRIADA" implemented a series of projects to supply about 200 units of WIKA equipment.
The delivery included: pressure transducers; resistance thermometers (RTD); pressure gauges; magnetostrictive transducers.
The block is designed for three-phase separation with liquid flow measurement and calculation of water and oil content in the fluid, is made as a factory-made, fully ready product and mounted on a metal frame for outdoor operation. The solution was implemented within the framework of the project for the Yarmaky oil and gas condensate field.
Since 2021, LLC "EMC TRIADA" has been providing comprehensive technical maintenance of the upper and lower levels. Within the framework of service support, a transition from an emergency-operational model to a system technical maintenance has been implemented, which has allowed stabilizing the operation of the equipment and reducing the number of emergency interventions.
During 2023–2025, LLC "EMC TRIADA" implemented a series of projects for the supply of SMITSVONK components of E-light ignition systems (ignition transformers - 2 pcs, high-energy ignition units - 2 pcs, pilot burners and service spare parts) and Durag Group components (control boards, LED modules, SVECU ignition units, ignition peaks).
During 2023–2025, LLC "EMC TRIADA" delivered and implemented a series of projects to supply 28 sets of GPE Mass flow meters to the Ukrainian industry.
The equipment was supplied in full completeness with certification in accordance with Ukrainian legislative and regulatory requirements.
Within the framework of the distribution agreement, the GPE brand was first integrated into the Ukrainian industrial market for the first time with our direct involvement.
The equipment is designed for the reception, distribution, and control of gas flow parameters prior to the purification and treatment stages. The project was delivered on a turnkey basis — from engineering design to testing and delivery — in full compliance with reliability requirements and field operating conditions.
The installation is equipped with a complex of instrumentation and control systems and an automated control system for high-precision measurement of oil, gas, and liquid with data transmission to accounting and dispatching systems. The solution is ready for industrial operation.
During 2023–2024, the following were supplied: 9 sets of Echotel 962 level detectors with two trip points;
2 sets of TD2 flow detectors;
1 set of spare parts for the TD2 level detector (TMC sensor).
