LLC “EMC TRIADA” performed a full scope of works including engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of a Well Production Allocation Metering Unit designed to measure daily oil and water production rates.The project was implemented for the Yarmakivske oil and gas condensate field.
The unit is designed for connection of one well and is mounted on a steel frame for outdoor operation.
The equipment was delivered in full factory readiness, which minimized commissioning time on site.
Technical Specifications
- Measured medium: oil fluid
- Gas factor: up to 15 m³/t of oil
- Oil content in fluid: 10–40%
- Water content in fluid: 60–90%
- Operating pressure: 4–6 bar
- Operating temperature: +25 to +50 °C
- Capacity up to 36 t/day

Project Features
Within the scope of the project, three-phase separation was implemented with liquid flow measurement and calculation of oil and water content in the measured fluid.
Design parameters include a flow rate up to 36 t/day and a design pressure up to 4 MPa.

- engineering and manufacturing of the three-phase separation unit
- software modification and configuration
- installation works
- commissioning works
- hydraulic testing of the unit
- delivery of the unit to the client
Unit Composition and Equipment
The unit includes:
- thermal insulation and electric heating system
- shut-off valves
- level gauge and solenoid valve
- mass flow meter (Emerson)
- pressure transmitter (Honeywell)
- instrumentation (WIKA)
- cable products and cable routing system
- control cabinet equipped with Schneider Electric controller hardware, GSM modem, circuit breakers, heater, thermostat, and auxiliary components
