LLC EMC TRIADA successfully manufactured and delivered the Automated Group Metering Unit (AGMU) within the established deadlines for the needs of PJSC "Ukrnafta".
The equipment fully meets the technical requirements of the customer and is ready for further implementation at the production site.
AGZU purpose
The automated group metering unit is designed to measure key parameters of well production, namely:
- daily gas flow rate,
- daily liquid flow rate,
- daily degassed and dehydrated oil flow rate, as well as to transfer this data to the accounting or control system.
The main value of AGZU is the ability to estimate with high accuracy the amount of degassed dehydrated oil and the volume of well fluid before undergoing oil preparation processes. This makes it possible to determine the well flow rates for oil, gas and water directly after the wells.
Thanks to this information, the customer can make effective technical decisions, optimize operating modes and increase oil recovery from the field.
Installation composition
According to the technical specifications, the AGZU includes the following main units:
1. Distribution comb unit
• control cabinet;
• pressure and temperature sensors;
• shut-off valves;
• electric heating system;
• junction boxes, lighting and auxiliary equipment.
2. Measuring separator unit
• control cabinet;
• pressure, temperature sensors, gas and liquid flow meters, water content meter;
• shut-off valves;
• electric heating system;
• junction boxes, lighting and auxiliary equipment.
3. Power supply and communications system
• communication panel (switchboards, routers);
• power cabinet (circuit breakers, thermostats and other equipment).
