“EMC TRIADA” LLC proposes “turn key” development and implementation of new and modernization of the existing gas and fluid metering stations utilizing different measuring methods, including variable pressure drop method, direct measurement of mass, ultrasonic method.
We do the following work in the process of metering stations development:
1) metering station design;
2) approval of the metrological part of design with the territorial authority of the State metrological service of Ukraine;
3) equipping with instruments, computers, information collection and transmission systems according to the design documents;
4) metering station equipment installation including the technological connections;
5) commissioning;
6) metering stations approval by the regulatory authorities;
7) introduction into service;
8) metering stations service maintenance (equipment repairs, instrumentation check).
In metering stations projects we use either the proven domestic equipment or equipment of the outstanding European manufacturers.
Manufacturing of the instrument conduit and the instrument conduit with a constricting device according to DSTU GOST 8.586.1 2:2009 (ISO 5167-1,2:2003)
One of the most widespread methods of measurement used in the metering stations is variable pressure drop with constricting devices. The main advantage of such flow meters is the meteorological and regulatory basis, which is very important for fiscal metering.
Instrument conduit with a constricting device is intended for metering flow and quantity of the working medium by variable pressure drop method with the use of a constricting device.
The constricting device is the technical device installed in the instrument conduit with the open end hole to create pressure drop of the working medium due to decrease of the conduit section area (flow narrowing).
Geometric characteristics of the instrument conduit, inner surface roughness and installation of the constricting device on it are according to DSTU GOST 8.586.1 2:2009 (ISO 5167-1,2:2003).
The constricting device is manufactured according to DSTU GOST 8.586.2:2009 (ISO 5167-2:2003).
Depending on the conduit diameter the straight run conduits before and after the constricting device can be made either one-piece or split.
Joints integrity is effected by gaskets.
We can manufacture either welded or flanged instrument conduits for diameters from 50 to 500 mm and pressures to 32 MPa.
The instrument conduit with the constricting device consists of the constricting device, counter flanges for connection to pipeline, calibrated conduit sections, inlet chambers with impulse tubing.
The Instrument conduit can also be equipped with straightening vanes manufactured according to DSTU GOST8.586.1:2009 (ISO 5167-1:2003). Straightening vanes are required for stabilization of flow of the measured medium for reduction of straight run conduits before the constricting device (or other flow meter).
Each instrument conduit with constricting device is supplied with the following metrological documentation:
- Constricting device certificate,
- Orifice certificate,
- Instrument conduit geometrical parameters inspection report,
- Straightening vanes geometrical parameters inspection report (if they are available);
- Calculation report of the flow meter equipped with straightening vanes,
- Certificates for the used materials,
- Documents about X-ray examination of welded joints.
Calculation of the calibrated straight run and constricting device dimensions is made in the specialized program “CAD software “Raskhod-RU”, certified by “Ukrmetrteststandard” state company.
Instrument conduits can be supplied either equipped with the constricting device or as a single delivery, which is appropriate for equipping the working medium flow and quantity metering stations, which use meters requiring the straight run for more accurate and reliable metering.
