Thermatel TD1/TD2 Thermal dispersion switch
Thermatel® TD1/TD2 is a versatile thermal differential flow, level and interface switch that provides reliable monitoring of liquids and gases. It has no moving parts, features continuous self-diagnostics and temperature compensation, and is widely used for dry-running pump protection and low-flow monitoring.
Using
LIQUIDS: All types of gases and liquids.
VESSELS: Pipe sizes up to 1/4". Maximum sensor length up to 3.3 m. Can be mounted at any angle vertically/horizontally - flanged, threaded or with compression connection, with hot or cold sampling (see bulletin 41-103).
OPERATING CONDITIONS: Can be used on conductive and non-conductive media, from very low density to highly viscous media (up to 10,000 cP). Can be configured to ignore foam, aeration, turbulence and cavitation.
