Thermatel TD1/TD2 Thermal dispersion switch

Magnetrol

Thermatel® TD1/TD2 is a versatile thermal differential flow, level and interface switch that provides reliable monitoring of liquids and gases. It has no moving parts, features continuous self-diagnostics and temperature compensation, and is widely used for dry-running pump protection and low-flow monitoring.

Advantages
• Easy field calibration – pre-calibration at the factory is available upon request.
• Detection of variable flow or presence/absence of gas and liquid flow.
• High sensitivity at low flow rates.
• Automatic temperature compensation ensures stable and repeatable alarm operation at variable process temperatures.
• Continuous self-diagnostics allow for detection of sensor faults.
• Continuous flow control relative to the setpoint using LED indication (TD2).
• mA current output provides stable flow rate reproduction and fault detection (TD2).
• Ability to measure flow through control points (TD2).
• Optional retractable (retractor) connection allows sensor removal without stopping the process.
• Operation at temperatures up to +450 °C (+850 °F) and pressures up to 414 bar (6000 psi).
• Integrated or remote electronics with sensor-to-electronics distance up to 150 m (500 ft).
• Unique spherical tip design is optimal for liquids and high viscosity media.
• Suitable for use in SIL1 and SIL2 functional safety circuits (full FMEDA report available).

Eclipse Aurora - Guided wave radar level transmitter with magnetic level indicator
Eclipse Aurora is a combined device that combines waveguide radar level measurement technology and a magnetic level indicator in one chamber. Due to the independent operation of the two systems, reliable measurement redundancy and continuous level control are ensured even in difficult operating conditions. The device works effectively at high temperatures, pressures, as well as in environments with variable product characteristics.
