1. TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE COMPLEXES ON SITES OF “UKRGAZDOBYCHA” SUBSIDIARY COMPANY:
 
  • Monitoring and analysis of hardware and software complexes aimed to prevent the equipment failure.
  • Scheduled preventive maintenance is made at stop and without stop of the production process.
  • Repairs and restoration of hardware and software complex.
  • Consulting the Customer’s specialists on the questions of hardware and software complex operation.
  • Updating the software of earlier installed versions to new ones, additional software purchasing and software configuring for the broader implementation of the automated process control system production capabilities.
  • Replacement of inoperable and installation of the additional equipment of instrumentation and control and automated process control system.
     
2. SERVICE MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF THE AUTOMATED MONITORING SYSTEM OF NITROGEN OXIDE EMISSIONS, NITROGEN ACID PRODUCTION OF М-5 SHOP DIRECTLY ON SITE OF “AZOT” PJSC, CHERKASSY:
 
  • Check of equipment and data collection system readiness for AST performance (annual check of monitoring system).
  • Updating of algorithms, calculation procedures and report forms by the validator’s and Customer’s requirements.
  • Check and testing of the gas analysis equipment.
  • Engineering and technical support of the Monitoring system (on Customer’s site).
  • Check of the Monitoring system upper level equipment functioning.
  • Updating report forms according to the Customer’s requirements.
  • Archiving and backing up the monitoring system database.
  • Components check of the structured optical network by project.
  • Check and monitoring of the active network equipment state.
  • Check of the network safety policy, users authorization and appendices by the access lists.
  • Check of servers and workstations for viruses and antiviruses update.
  • Check of servers and workstations for bad sectors in data storage systems.
  • Check of the policy of access to the system resources by the access lists.
  • Analysis of the system logs Wonderware (faulty operation detection), archiving and cleaning of the system logs.
  • Archiving and cleaning of Alarm WWALMDB database.
  • Remote consulting on diagnostics and servicing of the monitoring automation system.
